These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the site w ww.liyamicreation.com (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the company Liyami Creation, whose head office is located at Place Nicolas Thomsin 15, 4042 LIERS, BELGIUM, registered in the trade register under number BE0769.449.827.
These conditions replace any other conditions, unless expressly waived in writing. Liyami Création reserves the right to modify its general conditions, which will be applicable as soon as they are posted online and will not apply to contracts already concluded. By validating your order, you
unconditionally accept our general conditions after having read them. By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with the General Conditions.

ARTICLE 2: PRICE

The prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery costs. These are specified to the user before validation of the order. The prices are in Euros and are clearly displayed. The photos
products are indicative. Liyami Creation reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs, while applying those in force at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 3: OFFER

Offers are valid for European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of the world, for normal domestic use. Despite our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information, errors may occur. Liyami Creation is not responsible for typographical errors or incomplete information. Offers are subject to stock availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

ARTICLE 4: ONLINE PURCHASE

The order is confirmed by a confirmation email sent to the address provided by the customer. The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact/Mistercash or bank transfer. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed in an automated or suspicious manner.

ARTICLE 5: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The products remain the property of Liyami Creation until full payment by the customer. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery.

ARTICLE 6: PENALTIES FOR NON-PAYMENT

In case of late payment, interest of 10% per year and a fixed compensation of 10% of the unpaid amount, with a minimum of 25 euros, will be applied. SHK Conception reserves the right to take back unpaid items.

ARTICLE 7: COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be addressed immediately to customer service at info@liyamicreation.com for any visible damage or quality defect.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY

The products are subject to the legal one-year warranty.
To benefit from the warranty, the customer must present proof of purchase and contact our customer service beforehand. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

ARTICLE 9: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. Returned items must be intact and in their original packaging.

ARTICLE 10: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of the withdrawal request. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Reimbursement will be made by the same means of payment used by the customer.

ARTICLE 11: FORCE MAJEURE

Liyami Création cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as partner bankruptcies, floods, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters, wars, etc. In addition, the company cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts or damages caused by the carrier, and no compensation may be claimed in this regard.

ARTICLE 13: DELIVERY COSTS AND TIME

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are clearly indicated to the customer when ordering. Delivery times depend on the method chosen by the customer and are specified at the time of ordering.

ARTICLE 14: GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are valid for 18 months after issue, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not replaced if lost.

ARTICLE 15: CONDITIONS OF MODIFICATION

Liyami Creation reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The modifications are applicable as soon as they are published on the site and do not apply to contracts already in progress.

ARTICLE 16: PROOF

Electronic communications may serve as evidence in the event of a dispute.

ARTICLE 17: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the conditions of international private law concerning the applicable law and the Rome I Regulation concerning international sales and goods.
In the event of any dispute, only the court of Liège (Belgium) will have jurisdiction.
