RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, in perfect condition (undamaged) and in their original packaging.

For any item damaged upon delivery, please report it by email with as many clear photos as possible showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery to the following address: info@liyamicreation.com. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return.

Returned items will be refunded by the same means of payment used when ordering. You also have the option of exchanging your jewelry for a gift certificate.

To return an item, simply follow the procedure below:

Please download the return form by clicking on this link: Return Form . Please fill it out accurately and insert it in the box in which you are returning the item(s) to us.

PREPARATION OF THE PACKAGE

Carefully pack the items to be returned with their original packaging (cardboard, package and/or pouch) and the completed return form.

CONFIRMATION AND REFUND

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed. Your order will be fully refunded (excluding shipping costs) by the same payment method used for purchase. The refund time may vary depending on your bank. If you opt for a gift voucher, it will be sent to you quickly.

RETURN COSTS

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCLUSIONS

LIYAMI Création reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for items returned late, not in their original condition or not meeting the return criteria.

• Personalized items
