What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
At LIYAMI, we favor 316L stainless steel for the manufacture of our jewelry, because we believe in its ability to offer both beauty and durability. Totally hypoallergenic, this steel does not contain nickel, which makes it gentle on all skin types, even the most sensitive.
What makes this steel truly exceptional is its composition rich in chromium, which protects it against oxidation and rust. This means that you can wear our jewelry anywhere and in any circumstance, whether at the sea, in the shower or simply in everyday life.

Accounts and Settings
How do I register?
To create a LIYAMI account, nothing could be simpler:
- Click on the “My Account” space at the top right of the home page on your computer, or in the menu from your mobile.
- Enter your email address on the login page.
- Fill in the requested information and validate.
How do I access my account?
To access your account, simply enter the information you provided when you created your account, i.e. your email address and password in the fields provided for this purpose.
Please double check the spelling of your email address and password.

My order
I have not received my order confirmation email, what should I do?
A confirmation email will be sent to you, with your order number and a summary of your basket. If you have not received this email, we invite you to first check your spam. If the email is not there, please check under your account. Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “My account / My orders” space. If this tab is empty, please contact us via info@liyamicreation.com.
How can I track my order?
Nothing could be simpler! Go to your “Account / My orders” area. The tracking number of your package will be indicated there.
How do I change my order?
You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order is not validated. Once your order is placed, you will need to
cancel it completely if you want to change an item.
How do I cancel my order?
Once your order is validated, you have one hour to cancel it. To do so, send an email to info@liyamicreation.com. Beyond one hour, you can only return the items to us for a refund once your package has been received, within 14 days.
My order has not yet been delivered, what should I do?
Go to your personal space to track the status of the package. If you have been waiting for your package for more than 7 days, contact us by email at info@liyamicreation.com.
My order is not compliant, what should I do?
An error has crept into your order? No worries, we invite you to contact our Customer Service at info@liyamicreation.com. Don't forget to attach photos of the package received to your message! This will help us offer you the best possible solution.

Deliveries
What are the delivery times?
In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. For personalized items, lead times may be up to 2 weeks. In addition, there are the delivery times indicated below.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination of your package. However, the time it takes to receive your order can be estimated as follows:
- Standard delivery in Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
- Express delivery in Europe: 1 to 2 working days.
- Standard delivery worldwide: 3 to 5 working days.
For personalized jewelry, delivery times may vary by 2 to 3 additional days.
What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method. For standard delivery in Belgium, delivery costs are free from 79 € of purchase . Delivery costs vary depending on the chosen delivery option:
For Belgium :
- Home delivery via Bpost: €5.95.
- Delivery to a Bpost collection point or parcel distributor: €3.95.
- MONDIAL RELAY relay point: €1.95.
For France , the Netherlands , the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Germany :
- Home Delivery: €9.95
- Delivery to Relay Point:

Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all European countries.
What should I do if my package was returned to sender?
We invite you to contact us at info@liyamicreation.com. Unfortunately, if your package has not been claimed at a relay point or if it is returned to us due to an incomplete address, it will be returned to you at your expense. If you do not want the package to be returned to you, we will refund the value of the items ordered less the administration fees (equivalent to the delivery costs).
Returns
I would like to return my order, what is the procedure?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that the products have not been worn and that the jewelry can keep its small reference tag.
Only the jewel is refunded. Without their original packaging, the jewels will not be taken back, refunded or returned.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, piercings are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The return costs are your responsibility and we advise you to return by registered letter.
In the package, please mention the order number, the words "I request a refund" and the reason for this return. If we are unable to identify the package, the jewelry will not be refunded.

What payment methods are available?
You have the possibility to pay for your order:

What should I do if my payment was declined?
If your payment was not successful, do not hesitate to place your order again using another payment method. If despite this, you are unable to pay for your order, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at info@liyamicreation.com. Our team will be happy to help you.
Are payments secure?
Yes, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partners Shop Pay and Paypal. Your payment is completely secure.
Guarantees
Is my jewelry guaranteed?
Our jewelry is made with the greatest care. However, some may encounter manufacturing defects. This is why LIYAMI Creation offers you a one-year warranty for any normal use.
How do I proceed to activate the warranty on my jewelry?
Please provide us with the name of the customer account used when ordering or the reference of the latter, as well as a photo of your jewelry. We invite you to communicate this information to the address info@liyamicreation.com.
